1 Acceptance & Applicability

By using the ed222 website and mobile platform ("Platform"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to fully comply with these Terms. These Terms apply to all users — visitors, registered members, and active players alike.

2 Account Registration

Each individual may open only one account. Operating multiple accounts from the same person, household, device, or IP address is strictly prohibited. If detected, all associated accounts will be permanently closed.

2.2 Identity Verification

ed222 may request a photo ID or other documents from a member at any time for identity verification. If the documents are not provided within the specified time, the account may be temporarily suspended. This process is conducted to protect all members and ensure platform security.

3 Age Limit & Eligibility

To open an account and use the services on ed222, you must be at least 21 years of age ("21+ only"). If an underage person's account is detected, it will be immediately closed and any funds may be forfeited.

By registering, you confirm that you meet the applicable age requirement and that online gaming is legal in your jurisdiction. It is entirely the user's responsibility to refrain from using the service if they are not eligible due to their location.

4 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. This information must not be shared with any third party.

4.1 Notification of Unauthorized Access

If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify the ed222 support team immediately. You are responsible for all activity carried out using your login credentials until ed222 officially suspends the account.

4.2 Password Protection

Use a strong and unique password. Avoid easily guessable passwords (such as your date of birth or sequential numbers). Enable two-factor authentication where possible.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

ed222 supports transactions through Bangladesh's common mobile banking and banking methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major commercial banks).

5.1 Minimum Deposit Amount

The minimum deposit amount across all methods is ৳300. Amounts below this will not be accepted and will be automatically rejected.

5.2 Minimum Withdrawal Amount

The minimum withdrawal amount across all methods is ৳800. Withdrawal requests below this amount will not be processed.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

For verified accounts, withdrawals are generally completed within 5–30 minutes. However, if verification is pending or an unusual transaction is detected, additional review may be required.

5.4 Financial Restrictions

• Deposited funds must come only from the member's own account.
• Deposits made using third-party accounts or credit cards will not be accepted.
• If a suspicious transaction is detected, ed222 may place a hold on the withdrawal process pending additional verification.
• In the event of account closure, any pending withdrawals will be settled subject to review.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

ed222 offers various bonuses and promotional offers, of which the welcome bonus is the most notable. Each bonus has its own terms that must be met.

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus and a total balance of ৳2,000; depositing ৳22,000 gives the maximum bonus of ৳10,000 and a total balance of ৳32,000.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

The welcome bonus must meet a 15x wagering requirement before it can be withdrawn, applied only to the bonus amount (not the combined deposit and bonus amount). Example: receiving a ৳1,000 bonus requires ৳15,000 (1,000 × 15) in wagers before the bonus can be withdrawn.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

Abuse of the bonus system — such as claiming bonuses from multiple accounts, fake transactions, or bonus arbitrage — is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the bonus will be cancelled and the account suspended.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming activity on ed222 is conducted in a fair and transparent manner. The outcome of all games available on the platform is determined by an independent algorithm (RNG).

7.1 Sports Betting

Betting is available on cricket, football, kabaddi, and various other sports. The rules for each betting market are provided on that market's detail page. In the event of any dispute over a result, ed222's decision will be considered final.

7.2 Casino Games

7.3 Technical Issues

8 Prohibited Activities

• Participating in match fixing or any form of sports manipulation.

If any of the above activities are detected, the account in question will be closed immediately, deposited funds may be forfeited, and legal action will be taken if necessary.

9 Account Closure & Suspension

9.1 Closure at Member's Request

You may permanently close your account at any time through the support team. Before closing, make sure any pending withdrawals have been completed.

9.2 Closure at ed222's Initiative

ed222 may suspend or close an account without notice for the following reasons:

• A serious breach of these Terms.
• Use of false or fraudulent identity.
• Suspicious or fraudulent financial activity.
• Extended inactivity (no login for more than 24 months).

9.3 Inactive Accounts

An inactivity fee may apply to the balance of accounts that remain inactive for an extended period. Please contact the support team for details.
